Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.

We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number along with clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  4. Once approved, securely pack the item and send it to the address provided by our team.

Please do not return products without prior approval.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the payment method used.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the inspection is completed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • A different size is required (subject to stock availability).

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
