Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.
  • You received the wrong product, size, or color.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging intact.

To request a return, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.


Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
  • Customized or personalized products.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Contact Number
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
  • Brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.


Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong size, incorrect item, or a defective product, we will gladly arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A replacement product of equal value.
  • Store credit.
  • A full refund (where applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect product

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, eligible products may still qualify for a return according to this policy.


Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Quality Inspection

Every returned item undergoes a quality inspection before any refund or exchange is approved. KM Fashion Store reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
